Phantom of the Opera
Jan. 17th, 2005 08:46 pmI just saw The Phantom of the Opera for the second time tonight.
ginnaveve wanted to see it so we went up to the mall. What a beautiful movie! It's just...wonderful and sad and...beautiful, I don't know what to say about it! I want need to see it the next time it is showing in San Francisco because I missed it the last time! I want to hear the singing done in real time, not as a voice over, (not that I didn't like it, I'm just used to live theatre).
Ah, it's so romantic and beautiful and...[insert adjective]! It's one of those feelings that's hard to describe!
Oh and I spent my gift cards today too! I'm went on a classic book spree today because I haven't read too many classics (shame on me!). Let's see, I bought, Jane Eyre, Wuthering Heights, Pride and Prejudice, and The Awakening.
My oh my, I have a lot of reading to do! ::Is excited::
