hazelbiteI finally got most of the songs I wanted onto my harddrive yesterday. I didn't do much computer stuff today, though. I did go to Applebee's with my mom, aunt, grandpa, and cousin today, very tasty! I had the honey barbeque chicken burger. Didn't even finish it!
I was planning on going to Bouchon, a french restaurant in Napa, tonight for my activité cuturelle but I watched a movie instead. "à la mode" is a very cute movie and, no, the title does not mean "with ice cream", it means "in fashion" or something along those lines. So yeah, it's about this guy, Fausto, who wants to be a fashion designer. Very cute. The movie, I mean. Okay, so the guy was cute, too. Heh. It had some funny parts, too, like Fausto's boss Mr. Bresslaur, he's a real character!
*ahem* Here is the main theme to Stargate SG-1 during the opening credits! I've been trying to find this FOREVAR and I finally have it now. *does happy dance and sings "Staaaargaaate..."*
I so can't wait for finals to be over. I miss my RPG! *weeps* Speaking of RPGs, I've had an idea for a Harry Potter one. I've checked all through LJ, and I don't think the kind has been done yet. I don't want to start it up yet, though, maybe not for another year, or something, because it's so important that I don't want to mess it up. It's a great idea, though, but I'll say no more at the moment.
I get to sell back some of my schoolbooks this week and next. Except my French books 'cause I need them for next semester. Oh, and my piano book because I need to play over the summer for the intermediate class. My nutrition book is going bye bye, though, heavy, luggy thing that it is. I hardly ever used it and it was the most expensive one. Keeping my creative writing book, though, 'cause it's a book of poems that I rather liked. But I like books in general so, eh.
I read this really wonderful post-war Ron/Hermione fanfic today and need to share it because it was just so good.
