hazelbiteSo yeah, those spoilers from Sci-fi magazine that I mentioned earlier? Are so not spoilers. Not one bit. It was definitely a publicity thing. Want to see for yourself? Under the cut, then. I typed it up, keeping all grammer, spelling, formating, yada, intact. You'll see why I say they are "so-called" spoilers. Things in italics are my comments.

Ext. Jungle – Night
JACK, KATE and THE MONSTER sit around the dying firelight. THE MONSTER unconsciously rubs the black and white POWER STONES in its hand.
JACK
I assume you also speak French?
THE MONSTER
Naturellement. I speak and understand all languages.
KATE
And what about Claire’s baby? Will it be safe here?
THE MONSTER
As long as she chooses to stay.
As the dawn approaches and the sky begins to lighten, we see LOCKE and SAWYER in the background loading the ship. Along with the rest of the castaways who have chosen – or been chosen – to go.
KATE
Will there be others?
THE MONSTER
There will always be others. That’s the nature of things.
JACK
And no one will ever know?
THE MONSTER
You know. That’s enough. For now.
JACK
That’s pretty incredible. Although even if we told anyone, they’d never believe us.
THE MONSTER bows one of its heads in agreement.
KATE
What happens next?
THE MONSTER

Indeed. So, like I said, publicity stunt, because none of that ever happened, obviously. How cheesy is it that the monster is just sitting there talking to Jack and Kate? There are also things wrong with what was really happening in the finale.

milliways_bar! Stargate character roll call: Jack O'Neill, Daniel Jackson, Martouf, Janet Fraiser, and Sam Carter.
There was a lot of squeeing last night, we had a Stargate slumber party in the chat room, too, while we did the thread.
There were many "OMG"s, "!!!!!!"s, "squeee"s and much flailing being done by Daniel-mun, Sam-mun, and I.
Sooo, exciting! Squeee!
The entire thread, you ask? Here. The later the hour got, the more random it all became so, yeah. Warning you about that. Daniel's Goddess girlfriend Eris, showed up too. Sam, of course, was imediately: "Goddess = Goa'uld, I need a ZAT now!"
Just read it, it's kind of fun ;D
