Shenanigans is a fun word

hazelbiteSome crazy Theatre shenanigans tonight! And on a Saturday too...what happened to the good show we had last night? I MUST RECORD THIS NOW SO I NEVER FORGET IT.
Some highlights:
~ Sarah not realizing she still had two curlers in her hair when she went onstage.
~ Crazy drunk guy managing to get backstage and wander around during the show (I was onstage when this happened, only heard the story) turns out he was eventually arrested.
~ Skye delivering his line "Skye Masterson, former sinner" as "Travis ______, former sinner" with such finesse that none of us were sure what had happened at first. Then we were all in shock because he's the last person you would expect to mess up a line.
~ General Cartwright CRACKING UP for a good 15 minutes backstage after this. She has a contagious laugh. She has informed us that she will never forget it since it was a line being spoken to her.
~ A fake cigarette accidentally flying into the audience at the end of the Hot Box "Take Back Your Mink" number. Picked up by the mother of the actor who plays Benny.
~ Stage light burning out during previous number. I think I was the only one who noticed this!
~ Nicely-Nicely substituting lines during "Sit Down Your Rocking the Boat."

jedisurvivor walking straight into someone carrying a bench in the pitch darkness right after the lights fade out. Hit his shoulder pretty hard. I walked into someone else carrying a bench, right in the stomach.
~ The beginning of the Crapshooter ballet took place in the dark, luckily the guys really knew their stuff and were able to pick right back up.
SO CRAZY.
I still say all this happened because we were told someone would be filming us for posterity that night.
