Ten day vacation! Wee!

I'm going on vacation in two weeks! ::Dances like crazy::

We are flying out to visit my Uncle in Alabama and then we'll go north through Nashville TN and see the sights. Then we go through Virginia with a side trip to see the Mississippi River. I finally get to see the Mississippi, I'm so excited!

Now I feel the need to read some Mark Twain...

Anyway, then we spend 4th of July in Illinois with my boatload of uncles, aunts, cousins, and second cousins.

The we fly back to California on the fifth!

Gah! I'm sooo looking forward to this!

Nothing at all? It can't be that boring. Aren't there any tourist-y things to see? I'm just curious because I'm charge of all the sightseeing.

it's been a while since i've been back there... i'm sure there's more than there was then.

There was only country music related stuff and Elvis stuff last time I was there.
